          Copy Field Enrichments for Prospecting Center

          Copy data from Data 360 into your org using the Copy Field Enrichment settings. Copy Fields show field data copied from objects with a 1-to-1 relationship to a Data 360 Individual, Unified Individual, Data 360 Account, or Unified Account DMO.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available with Sales Engagement, which is included with Sales in Performance, Unlimited Editions, Agentforce 1 Edition, and available for an extra cost in Professional and Enterprise Editions. Sales Engagement is also available for an extra cost in Service and Lightning Platform.
          Important
          Important Prospecting Center is scheduled for retirement in all Salesforce orgs as of April, 2026. For existing customers, Prospecting Center remains available till April 2027.
          User Permissions Needed
          To view enrichments in Setup: View Setup
          To view a specific enrichment: You must have access to the data space used in the enrichment. Set Salesforce Data Cloud permission set, such as Data Aware Specialist, feature permission to allow data space access.
          To create or update enrichments:
          • Customize Application AND
          • Data Cloud User AND
          • Write Access to Data Action AND
          • Write Access to Data Space Definition

          If you enabled enhanced security data spaces, you also need the permission Customize Data Actions on the Dataspace Scope.

          CIO objects must have an Individual ID as the dimension. Multidimensional CIO objects aren’t supported. For example, adding a field for Lifetime Value copied from a Calculated Insight object.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then open Customer 360 Data Platform Integration.
          2. Select Object Settings.
          3. Search for and click Accounts.
          4. In the Object Permissions section, select Read, Delete, View All Records, and Modify All Records.
          5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for Leads and Contacts.
          6. Save your changes.
