          Make the most out of Pipeline Inspection by setting up optional features that give your users more helpful data and insights.

          Important
          Important Starting in Summer ’25, data from Activity Metrics and Activity 360 Reporting isn’t available in Pipeline Inspection unless previously set up. This change affects the counts of activities by type in Activity Timeline and the Who’s Involved feature. If you’re already using Activity Metrics and Activity 360 Reporting data in Pipeline Inspection, you can continue to do so until these Einstein Activity Capture reporting tools are retired. See Einstein Activity Capture Activity 360 Reporting, Activity Metrics, Activities Dashboard Upcoming Retirement.

          Activity 360 Reporting from Einstein Activity Capture Show users top contacts and individuals involved in an opportunity with engagement metrics, and activity metrics and details in the Activity tab of the side panel. Requires admin to set up in Einstein Activity Capture settings. See Set Up Activity 360 for Einstein Activity Capture
          Activity Metrics with Einstein Activity Capture Show users activities on the Activity tab of the side panel.

          Requires admin to set up and configure. See Turn On Activity Metrics

          If both Activity 360 and Activity Metrics are enabled, activity data comes from Activity 360.

          Einstein Activity Capture Capture activity data for engagement metrics and details, and to generate insights.

          Einstein Conversation Insights Show users insights about calls on the Activity tab of the side panel. Requires admin to set up and configure. See Set Up Einstein Conversation Insights
          Einstein Deal Insights Show users insights and predictions about deal health, and recommended actions they can take to move deals forward. Deal insights show on the Insights tab of the side panel, and in the Alerts column. Requires admin to set up. See Configure Deal Insights in Pipeline Inspection
          Einstein Email Insights Show users email insights on the Activity tab of the side panel. Requires admin to set up. See Turn On Einstein Email Insights
          Einstein Opportunity Scoring Show users tiered opportunity scores and related insights on the Insights tab of the side panel. Requires admin to set up. See Einstein Opportunity Scoring
          Agentforce Pipeline Management Show users suggestions for opportunity field updates and post-meeting actions on the Agent Activity tab of the side panel. The suggestions also show in the Agent Activity column. Requires admin to set up. See Set Up Agentforce Pipeline Management
