Gain more insight into your commission calculations by sending Spiff reporting data to Salesforce Data Cloud. Control which data you send to Data Cloud and specify custom names and data types for fields.
How: Install the managed package, set up a data stream, and configure the fields that you want to sync.
Data Cloud integration isn't available to some customers due to large data volumes and costs associated with Data Cloud credit consumption. If you don’t see the option in Company Settings but you want to learn more, contact your Spiff account executive.
