Link a Username to a Rep Statement in Errored Statements
Enhancements to the errored statements page make it easier to go between the error messages and the relevant statements. When you click a rep’s name on the errored statements page, you're taken directly to that rep’s statement.
How: To access the enhanced errored statements page, click the statement errors card on the Salesforce Spiff home page.
Elevate the Commission Experience for Japanese Speakers
Provide a better user experience for users whose preferred language is Japanese. When you select Japanese for your preferred language, Spiff user interface elements are automatically translated into Japanese.
How: From your user profile, select Preferred Language and then select Japanese.
Provide a More Personalized Experience for Mobile Users in the European Union
If you're located in the European Union (EU), select Europe for your location when you log in to the Salesforce Spiff mobile app.
How: When you log in, click Change Location under the Sign in with SSO option, and select Europe.
Reference Data Filters in Datasheets
Gain more flexibility, interoperability, and reuse among all your commission calculation tools. In datasheets in Spiff Designer, you can now reference data filter results with the sum() function.
How: In the formula for a datasheet field, enter the sum() function and reference the name of a data filter and a field to sum.
=sum(ClosedInPeriod!DealAmount)
