Manage Approval Routing More Easily
Provide more flexibility for users who sending statements through approval routes. A new filter for team hierarchy lets users choose any team without a parent team. They can choose to send the document to the direct team lead or parent team lead. They can also decide what happens to the approval if there’s no team lead or if there are multiple team leads.
How: From the Admin menu, select Approvals, and click Settings.
Gain more precise control over specific details of your worksheet calculations, datasheet calculations, data filters, and other formulas with new functions. The all?() function checks whether every record in a datasheet or filter satisfies a condition. The team() function returns a Team object, and the date() function converts different date formats to a standardized Date data type.
Reuse Spiff commission calculation resources and spend less time navigating between pages. When you add a calculated field to a worksheet, easily create a payout rule from the calculation with one click.
How: Highlight a calculated field on a worksheet and click Create Payout Rule in the right panel.
Remove old plans from view but keep their data accessible. Archive plans, but don't delete them, so that you don't disrupt other components that depend on the plans. Archived plans are at the bottom of the left panel.
