Provide a more trusted experience for your sales reps when they view commission details in their Salesforce Spiff statements. Add a tooltip description to some payout rules so that your sales team has more information about the calculations that affect their commission payout. This enhancement complements other recent statement experience changes that together provide more customization options for delivering transparent, pertinent commission information.
How: When you’re editing a statement, click the pencil icon next to the name of a payout rule and enter a custom tooltip description.
When you save your changes and refresh the statement, payout rule descriptions appear in a tooltip next to the rule name.
