Plan dropdowns and filters in Salesforce Spiff now show only active plans by default, so
plan lists stay focused on what's currently in use. To find or work with an archived plan, select
Show archived plans to temporarily include archived plans in the list. The
setting resets when you navigate away from the page, keeping plan lists clean every time you
return.

Hide Archived Plans from Plan Dropdowns and Filters
Where: This change applies to Salesforce Spiff.
Why: Previously, plan dropdowns and filters throughout Spiff displayed every plan in
the system, including archived plans that are no longer in use. As plans accumulate over time,
these lists became increasingly cluttered and harder to navigate. With archived plans hidden by
default, plan lists show only current, active plans, so finding the right plan takes less
time.
How: To include archived plans in a plan filter or dropdown, select Show
archived plans on that page. The setting affects only the current page view and
resets when you navigate away.
