No. Clone the Sales Cloud Einstein For Everyone permission set, enable the permission,
and assign the permission set to users.
From Setup, enter Permission Sets in the Quick Find. Then, select
Permission Sets.
Click the Sales Cloud Einstein For Everyone permission set.
Click Manage Assignments. Add and remove assignments, as
needed.
