Opportunity Contact Roles define the role that a contact or person account plays in a deal. Depending on your page layout and field-level security settings, some fields may not be visible or editable.

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Contact | The name of the contact or person account. |
| Opportunity | The opportunity that’s associated with the opportunity contact role. |
| Primary | When selected, Primary identifies the person as the primary contact for the opportunity. |
| Role | The role of the contact for the record. Your Salesforce admin can customize the selections for this picklist. |
