            Configure the Sales Insights Admin Permission Sets

            Steps 4 and 5 for setting up Sales Insights is to confirm that the correct permission sets are assigned to the admin user. To manage Sales Insights, the Tableau Included App Manager permission set and the Data Cloud Architect permission set are both required.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available with Sales with Agentforce 1 Edition or Agentforce for Sales Add-On license in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions.
            Permission Sets Needed
            To set up Sales Insights: Sales Insights Admin
            To manage Sales Insights: Tableau Included App Manager and Data Cloud Architect
            To use Sales Insights: Tableau Next Limited Consumer and Data Cloud User

            This procedure covers steps 4 and 5 on the Sales Insights Setup page.

            1. On the Sales Insights Setup page, at step 4 about the Tableau Included App Manager permission set, click Assign.
            2. On the Tableau Included App Manager Permission Set page, click Manage Assignments.
            3. Click Add Assignments.
            4. Select your admin user(s), and click Assign.
            5. Return to the Sales Insights Setup page.
            6. On the Sales Insights Setup page, at step 5 about the Data Cloud Architect permission set, click Assign.
            7. On the Data Cloud Architect Permission Set page, click Manage Assignments.
            8. Click Add Assignments.
            9. Select your admin user(s), and click Assign.
            10. Return to the Sales Insights Setup page to continue setting up Sales Insights.
