          Sales Insights Forecasting Fields

          Sales Insights with Forecasting includes these forecasting fields.

          Forecasting Field DESCRIPTION
          (Forecast) Status Text (Forecasting field) Displays "On Track" when either the Closed Only or Commit forecast exceeds the specified quota. Otherwise, displays "Off Track".
          (Forecast) Forecast Quarter / Month (Forecasting field) Returns the fully qualified name of the quarter or month with the start date that matches the tracked start date, from current and previous three forecast periods.
          Second Created Date Returns the earliest created date that's after the last closed record.
          (Forecast) Start Date (3 Periods Ago) (Forecasting field) Sets the start date of the forecast period to 3 months or quarters before today.
          (Forecast) Flag for Close Date (Forecasting field) Displays “True” when the historical trend shows any difference in close-date values. Otherwise, displays “False”.
          (Forecast) End Date (3 Periods Ago) (Forecasting field) Sets the end date to today, so that Valid From was 3 months or quarters ago and Valid To is today.
          (Forecast) Forecast Period (Monthly/Quarterly) (Forecasting field) Labels a forecast period as “Current Month” or “Current Quarter” depending on the active business-period type.
          Min Created Date Earliest created date for Closed Won opportunity history rows for each opportunity.
          (Forecast) Start Date (Current Quarter) (Forecasting field) Sets the start date of the current forecast quarter, when the business period is flagged as forecast.
          (Forecast) Change in Forecast Amount (Forecasting field) Displays “True” when the new historical amount differs from the old amount. Otherwise, displays “False”.
          (Forecast) Start Date (2 Periods Ago) (Forecasting field) Sets the start date of the forecast period to 2 months or quarters before today.
          (Forecast) Change in Forecast Close Date (Forecasting field) Indicates whether the forecast close date changed between historical records.
          (Forecast) Start Date (1 Period Ago) (Forecasting field) Sets the start date of the forecast period to 1 month or quarter before today.
          (Forecast) Current Close Date (Forecasting field) Returns the latest (max) new Close Date recorded in the opportunity historical trend per opportunity.
          Closed Won Date Final Uses Closed Won Date when the deal is won. Otherwise, keeps the scheduled close date when the deal is still open.
          Status Long Text Displays “Likely to achieve your quota” when either the Closed Only or Commit forecast exceeds quota. Otherwise, displays “Not likely to achieve your quota”.
          (Forecast) Today String (Forecasting field) Uses the current date or time (TODAY() as datetime).
          (Forecast) Quarter Name (Forecasting field) Formats the business period Start Date as “Q<n> <year>”.
          Closed Won Date Selects the decisive Created Date representing the Closed Won transition, considering second or maximum created dates and non-closed events, for each opportunity.
          (Forecast) End Date (2 Periods Ago) (Forecasting field) Sets the end date to today, so that Valid From was 2 months or quarters ago and Valid To is today.
          Check Period Name Returns the business period name when its start date matches any tracked start date (current or prior three).
          (Forecast) Closed and Valid Date Flag (Forecasting field) Displays “Yes” when a Close Date crosses the current quarter boundary while the trend record is still valid as of today.
          Max Created Date for Non Closed Returns the latest Created Date among opportunity history rows that are not Closed Won.
          (Forecast) End Date (Current Quarter) (Forecasting field) Gets the end date of the current forecast month or quarter.
          (Forecast) Change in Stage (Forecasting field) Displays “True” when the stage name changes or matches the live stage. Otherwise, displays “False”.
          (Forecast) End Date (1 Period Ago) (Forecasting field) Sets the end date to today, so that Valid From was 1 month or quarter ago and Valid To is today.
          Max Created Date Gets the latest created date for Closed Won opportunity history rows for each opportunity.
          (Forecast) Closed Only Historical Trend (Forecasting field) Returns the Closed Only forecasting amount when the business period equals the current period’s Start Date.
          Quota Amount Historical Trend Returns the Quota Amount only for the current forecast period.
          (Forecast) Difference in Pipe Coverage (Forecasting field) Returns the percent change between current Pipe Coverage and the value from seven days ago.
          Team Performance Graph 3 Uses KPI value Team_Performance_Value_Forecasting_3_RI_clc.
          (Forecast) Historical Amount (3 Periods Ago) (Forecasting field) Outputs the historical trend amount valid during the previous 3 periods window. Otherwise, displays 0.
          (Forecast) Closed Only in Last 7 Days (Forecasting field) Returns the sum of Closed Only forecasting amounts created exactly 7 days ago.
          Converted Leads Counts leads marked converted (1 per converted lead).
          (Forecast) Team Performance Value (Forecasting field) When parameter = “Closed Won Sales”, returns Closed_Won_Forecast_Amount_RI_clc.
          (Forecast) Quota Amount (Forecasting field) Returns the Level of Detail (LOD) sum of quota amounts per user role and close date.
          (Forecast) Gap To Quota in Last 7 Days (Forecasting field) Returns the positive difference between the quota and the historical value from seven days ago. Otherwise, displays 0.
          (Forecast) Team Performance Value (Forecasting field) Parameter-driven KPI summary based on Team_Performance_List_1_RI_prm_1.
          Forecasting Item (Count) Returns the count of Forecasting_Item records.
          (Forecast) Closed Only (Previous Quarter) (Forecasting field) Returns the Closed Only forecasting amount for the period 1 quarter ago.
          (Forecast) Closed Won Sales (Forecasting field) Returns the sum of Forecasting_Fact.Target_Value for Closed Won opportunities.
          (Forecast) Commit (Forecasting field) Uses Forecasting_Item.DoNotUseForecastAmount for commit category.
          Best Case Opportunity Forecasting Uses Forecasting_Item.DoNotUseForecastAmount for best-case category.
          (Forecast) Cumulative Closed Won Sales (Forecasting field) Displays the running sum of the Closed Won sales metric.
          Fiscal Year Calculates the current Fiscal Year via DATEPART('fiscal_year', TODAY()).
          Projected Attainment Returns "Closed Won" if won. Otherwise, returns today’s amount or future weighted revenue.
          Business Period (Count) Returns the count of Business_Period records.
          (Forecast) Open Pipeline Amount (Forecasting field) Returns the Level of Detail (LOD) sum of forecast amounts for pipeline categories.
          Forecasting Fact (Count) Returns the count of Forecasting_Fact rows.
          Forecasting Item Historical Trend (Count) Returns the count of Forecasting_Item_Historical_Trend rows.
          (Forecast) Team Performance Graph 1 (Forecasting field) Uses Team_Performance_Value_Forecasting_RI_clc.
          (Forecast) Win Rate (Forecasting field) Calculates the forecast amount for won opportunities divided by the forecast amount for closed opportunities.
          (Forecast) Historical Trend Commit (Forecasting field) Returns the Commit forecasting amount when period start matches the current period.
          Forecasting Type (Count) Returns the count of Forecasting_Type records.
          (Forecast) Team Performance Value Forecasting 3 (Forecasting field) KPI summary from Team_Performance_List_1_RI_prm_3.
          (Forecast) Pipe Coverage in Last 7 Days (Forecasting field) Calculates the Open Pipeline divided by the Quota amount over the last 7 days.
          Active Accounts Returns the distinct count of active accounts in current period.
          Period (Count) Returns the count of Period_lv entries.
          (Forecast) Forecasting Prediction (Forecasting field) Returns the Quota amount for current forecast period.
          Forecasting Quota (Count) Returns the count of Forecasting_Quota rows.
          (Forecast) Days Remaining (Forecasting field) Shows days remaining until fiscal year end.
          (Forecast) Commit in Last 7 Days (Forecasting field) Calculates the sum of Commit forecasting amounts over the last 7 days.
          Active Accounts Flag Returns "1" for open or recently won opportunities. Otherwise, returns "0".
          (Forecast) Percentage Change in Commit Forecast (Forecasting field) Calculates (current commit – 7-day commit) / commit from 7 days ago.
          Forecast (Count) Returns count of Forecast records.

          (Forecast) Datediff (Forecasting field) Returns the number of days between the start of the currentnquarter and today.
          (Forecast) Diff in Close Date (Forecasting field) Returns the difference between old and new close dates.
          Forecasting Prediction (Count) Returns the count of Forecasting_Prediction rows.
          (Forecast) Historical Amount (2 Periods Ago) (Forecasting field) Returns the historical amount valid 2 periods ago. Otherwise, returns 0.
          (Forecast) Historical Amount (1 Period Ago) (Forecasting field) Returns the historical amount valid 1 period ago. Otherwise, returns 0.
          Opportunity Historical Trend (Count) Returns the count of Opportunity_Historical_Trend records.
