Step 3 for setting up Sales Insights is to verify that the C360 Semantic Model is
installed. The C360 Semantic Model is a unified semantic model that serves as a central
foundation to define and manage metrics derived from standard Salesforce objects. It defines the
relationships between Sales Insights objects.

Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions and Agentforce 1
Edition in: Performance and Unlimited Editions.

Tableau Included App Manager and Data Cloud Architect
On the Sales Insights setup page, at step 3, click Go to Setup.
On the C360 Semantic Model Setup page, open the dropdown menu for the data space where you
plan to create Sales Insights, and click Install.
Allow some time for the components to install. You can view progress under the tab for the
data space. The Setup page adds a tab for each installed C360 Semantic Model, where you can
view monitoring and resources information.
Return to the Sales Insights Setup page to continue setting up Sales Insights.
