          Sales Insights Lead Analysis

          Use the Lead Analysis dashboard to better understand your lead conversion rate, where your leads are coming from, how quickly the leads are converting, and which activities are generating opportunities.

          At the top of the dashboard, select from the filters to narrow the scope of your analysis.

          • Lead Status: Status of leads created during the period selected in the Created Date filter.
          • Industry: Filter the dashboard based on industry areas.
          • Created Date: Date the lead was created.
          • Lead Source: How the lead came to the Sales Team.
          KPI CALCULATION
          Lead Conversion Rate Calculated as Leads converted / Leads created, with percent over last week.
          Leads Created Age (Days) Lead age in days, with percent over last week.
          Leads Contacted Total number of leads contacted, with percent over last week.
          Converted Leads Lead conversion, with percent over last week.
          Chart Chart Type Description
          Target Progress bar Progress toward your lead conversion rate target.
          Lead Age Donut Tracks lead age range and count. Lead age range is dynamically broken down into ranges or buckets.
          Lead Generation and Conversion Line Shows the relationship between lead volume and conversion over time, revealing whether conversion rates remain consistent as lead generation fluctuates.
          Top Converting Sources Bar Lead source sorted by type. For example, advertisement, external referral, or trade show.
          Conversion Drivers: Talent vs. Channel Yield Bar Monitor Lead-to-Close ratios by representative, and pinpoint the highest converting industry-source combinations to optimize lead distribution.
          Lead Source by Industry Bubble Hover on each bubble to see the sum of converted leads.
          Lead Details Table Detailed list of leads and performance for each lead. From the entries in the Lead Details table, you can open Salesforce records, create a new task, or create a new account.
          Status of Leads Created in last 30 days Stacked bar Lead status (Converted, Open, Open - Not Contacted, Qualified, Unqualified, Working - Contacted) distributed by source.
          Average Lead Age Bar Shows the age range of leads.
