          Sales Insights Sales Performance

          The Sales Insights Sales Performance tab shows how your sales are trending over time. Compare by team member, month, or quarter to see whether sales are trending up or down.

          Note This dashboard is available for Sales Insights based on Opportunity data and for Sales Insights with Forecasting. Some filters and KPIs are different depending on which version of Sales Insights you have.

          From the top of the dashboard, select from the filters to narrow the scope of the analysis.

          • Time Period: Filter by standard or custom time periods.
          • Forecasting Type: (For Sales Insights with Forecasting only) Filter by different types. Currently, Opportunity Amount is supported.
          • Team Member: Sort by Sales Team members.
          • Lead Source: How the lead came to the Sales Team.
          • Opportunity Type: Existing Business, New Business, Renewal.
          • State/Province: Area of the billing grouped by state or province.
          • City: Area of the billing grouped by city.
          • Sales Rep: Names of opportunity owners. It can include inactive users or users who don’t own any deals in the selected period.
          KPI CALCULATION
          Won Opportunities Total number of won opportunities during the selected time period.
          Closed Won Sales The total Amount of all Closed Won Opportunities.
          Win Rate The percentage of Closed Won Opportunities to Closed Opportunities (including both won and lost).
          Open Pipeline The total amount of all Open Opportunities where the Forecast Category is equal to Pipeline, Best Case, Most Likely, or Commit.
          Average Days to Close The sum of CloseDate minus CreatedDate for all Closed Won Opportunities divided by the total number of Closed Won Opportunities.
          Average Deal Size The total amount of all Closed Won Opportunities divided by the total number of Closed Won Opportunities.

          Insight Summary Text Based on the data behind your dashboard, Sales Insights surfaces a time-sensitive assessment or summary.
          How did Closed Won Trend over time? Two vertical bar charts Closed Won Amount and Closed Won Count by Sales Rep.
          Who on the team is winning deals? Horizontal bar (Sales Insights) Closed Won Opportunities by time period. (Sales Insights with Forecasting) Closed Won Sales by time period.
          Which segments had the highest Win Rate? Bubble Product Family by Win Rate.
          How did win rates change over time? Vertical bar Win Rate by time period.
          Who has the most open pipeline? Horizontal bar Team Member by Sum of Open Pipeline.
          Which stages took the longest? Horizontal bar Opportunity Stage by Average Days in Stage.
          Which account types have the largest deal size? Donut Account Type or Industry by Average Deal Size.
