          Sales Insights Sales Stage Conversion

          Dive into the details of your pipeline using stage conversion analysis. You can answer questions such as what percentage of the pipeline progressed beyond each stage in a time period. You can see what percentage of pipeline progressed to close from this stage on the same day of this last period. You can understand what is the average conversion rate for open opportunities for the selected stage.

          In the dashboard, view the details of the progression of opportunities from Discovery to Closed Won or Closed Lost. See how opportunities represent different industries, and State and Billing provinces. You can also see opportunity details and sort by current opportunities or historical opportunities.

          From the top of the dashboard, select from the filters to narrow the scope of the analysis.

          • Account Name: Account names related to opportunities in the dashboard
          • Account Type: Customer or Prospect.
          • Opportunity Type: Existing Business, New Business, Renewal.
          • Opportunity Stage: Names in the standard StageName field in the Opportunities object.
          • Team Member: Names of opportunity owners. It can include inactive users or users who don’t own any deals in the selected period.
          • Time Period: Filter by standard or custom time periods.
          KPI CALCULATION
          Opportunity Count Number of Opportunities during the time period, with percent change since last week.
          Win Rate Comparison of Closed Won Opportunities to Closed Opportunities (including both won and lost).

          How Consistently Is Our Conversion Efficiency Scaling with Volume? Three vertical bar charts Compare Close Dates across Opportunity Count, Win Rate, and Average Closed Won.
          Where Are We Losing the Most Time in the Sales Cycle? Funnel For each stage, compare sum of days in stage with average days in stage.
          Opportunities by Country or State/Province Horizontal bar Count of opportunities by region.
          Opportunities by Product Horizontal bar Count of opportunities by products.
          Opportunities by Industry Horizontal bar Count of Opportunities by industries.
          Opportunity Details Table Detailed list of opportunities with their stages and amounts. From the entries in the table, you can open Salesforce records.
          Opportunity Stage Stacked bar Stage by opportunity type by number of opportunities.
