          Sales Insights Team Performance

          Quickly identify opportunities for managers to coach or representatives to work on performance. See details, such as the average win rate, open pipeline, activities completed, or quota attainment for Sales Insights with Forecasting. You can select four KPIs to compare side-by-side at a time.

          Note This dashboard is available for Sales Insights based on Opportunity data and for Sales Insights with Forecasting. Some filters and KPIs are different depending on which version of Sales Insights you have.

          The Team view helps you to quickly make decisions about how to increase productivity among your team members. You can also see overviews of the top accounts and top open opportunities. It’s easy to assess the top accounts and sales forecast, so you know where to focus your efforts.

          From the top of the dashboard, select from the filters to narrow the scope of the analysis.

          • Time Period: Filter by standard or custom time periods.
          • Team Member: Sort by Sales Team members.
          • Forecasting Type: (For Sales Insights with Forecasting only) Filter by different types. Currently, Opportunity Amount is supported.
          KPI CALCULATION
          Avg Accounts per Team Member Average number of accounts being handled by each team member.
          Avg Days Since Last Touch Average number of days since the last contact with each account.
          Avg Spend per Account Percentage per account of the total spend.
          Count of Opportunities Number of Opportunities.
          Amount Total amount being handled by the team within the selected time period.
          Average Deal Size The total amount of all Closed Won Opportunities divided by the total number of Closed Won Opportunities.
          Chart Chart Type Description
          Team Performance Four vertical bar charts and four horizontal bar charts Select four KPIs to view side by side. Sales Insights based on Opportunity data includes activities KPIs. Sales Insights with Forecasting includes quota KPIs.
          What are my team’s top accounts? Table Details of Account Name and Total Amount. From the entries in the table, you can open Salesforce records.
          Top Industries by Pipeline Horizontal bar Industries by Count of Opportunities.
          Engagement Buckets Donut The pre-defined Days Since Last Activity buckets are 0-30 days, 30-60 days, and 60-90 days.
          How is my team’s sales forecast? Table Top Opportunities with details of stage and amount. From the entries in the table, you can open Salesforce records.
          Team members by Count of Opportunity and Sum of Total Amount or Sum of Forecast Amount Two horizontal bar charts For Sales Insights based on Opportunity data, the charts are simple bars. For Sales Insights with Forecasting, the charts are stacked bars, with different colors representing Opportunity Forecast Categories.
