Connecting your email and calendar allows Sales Workspace to sync your activities, helping to automate CRM updates and provide a complete view of your customer interactions.

Before you begin, make sure that your Salesforce admin has turned on Sales Workspace for your org and assigned you the necessary permissions.
When you log in to Salesforce for the first time after Sales Workspace is enabled, you are guided through a short setup process.
Connecting your email and calendar allows Sales Workspace to sync your activities, helping to automate CRM updates and provide a complete view of your customer interactions.
Connect your video conferencing tools to get insights from your sales calls, such as call summaries and automated follow-ups. This step is optional and you only need to connect one provider to get started.
After you complete the setup, you’re ready to see your performance insights, get AI-driven recommendations, and act on your next steps, all from the Sales Workspace home page.
