          Manage Your Prioritized Suggestions

          To help you focus on the work that matters most, Sales Workspace shows sellers a prioritized feed of suggested actions. Each entry in the feed shows a suggestion, contextual details such as the related record, and the suggested action to take.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Agentforce 1 Sales editions with the Sales Foundation add-on.

          Note Depending on the scenario, the wording of suggestions that come from Pipeline Management can differ from what’s in the table.

          You were assigned as the owner of a lead, or multiple leads, in the last 24 hours. Contact New Lead or Contact New Leads Assign to Agent or Send Email
          You’re the assigned owner of a lead, or multiple leads, created within the last 90 days that doesn’t have any completed activities. Engage Uncontacted Lead or Engage Uncontacted Leads Assign to Agent or Send Email
          You’re attending an event within the next 24 hours and the event has an opportunity or account associated with it. Prepare for Meeting or Prepare for All Day Meeting Prepare
          If Pipeline Management is turned on, this appears when the agent suggests updating the Next Step field for an opportunity. If Pipeline Management is turned off, this appears when an opportunity in the current forecast period hasn’t had a Next Step update in the last 7 days.

          Note The Next Step field appears in the Edit window only if it’s added to the page layout.

          You have Pipeline Management turned on and have a suggestion from the agent to update the Stage field for an opportunity. Update Stage Review
          You have Pipeline Management turned on and have a suggestion from the agent to update a custom opportunity field or multiple opportunity fields. Update Opportunity Fields Review
          You have Email Capture turned on and have a suggestion from the agent to reply to an email from a key lead or contact that hasn’t been replied to in the last 7 days. Reply to an Overdue Email Message Reply to Email
          You have Pipeline Management turned on and have a suggestion from the agent to send a follow-up email to someone or multiple people. Send Follow-Up Emails Draft Email
          You have Pipeline Management turned on and have a suggestion from the agent to schedule a follow-up meeting with someone or multiple people. Schedule Follow-Up Meetings Draft Email
          • Take Actions on Suggestions
            Depending on the features turned on and the permissions you have, the suggested actions for a suggestion can differ. Click the suggested action to complete it, either manually or by routing the action to an agent.
