Depending on the features turned on and the permissions you have, the suggested actions
for a suggestion can differ. Click the suggested action to complete it, either manually or by
routing the action to an agent.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and
Agentforce 1 Sales editions with the Sales Foundation add-on.
Assign to Agent: Assign leads to the Lead Nurturing agent. This action is available if
Agentforce Lead Nurturing is turned on and you have access to the agent.
Send Email: Draft and send a list email to leads. This action is available if Agentforce
Lead Nurturing is turned off or you don’t have access to the agent.
Prepare: Summarize information about the meeting.
Review: View and accept or decline opportunity field update suggestions. This action is
available if Agentforce Pipeline Management is turned on and you have access to the
agent.
Draft Email: Get the Sales Management agent to draft a follow-up email or meeting request.
This action is available if Agentforce Pipeline Management is turned on and you have access
to the agent.
Hide a suggestion to remove it from the feed for 30 days. If the suggestion is still relevant
after 30 days, it reappears.
Note Actions are unavailable if an agent lacks access to the necessary records or objects. For
example, you can’t assign a lead to the Lead Nurturing agent if the lead is private or the
agent doesn’t have permission to view it. Also, selecting an action results in an error if the
lead’s email domain is blocked.
