Company Settings Considerations for Salesforce Spiff
Keep a few considerations in mind when working with company settings for Salesforce Spiff.
Required Editions

| Data Syncing | To sync data from any connectors every night at approximately 11:00 PM Mountain Time USA, leave this option turned on. |
| Fiscal Year Start Date | Changing the fiscal year start date can affect payout rules. The default value is January 1. To reference fiscal year in your calculations, use the |
| Time Zone | Changing the time zone can affect time-sensitive data, such as deal close dates. |
| Corporate Currency | For total commissions, Spiff automatically converts statements calculated in a rep’s preferred currency to the corporate currency using the rate from that statement period. If you upload your own currency conversion rates, those rates must be relative to this corporate currency. See Import Currency Rates in Salesforce Spiff. |
| Currency Display Method | This option determines whether to use symbols or ISO codes for currency values. This option doesn’t affect how the currency appears in Designer. |
| Ticket Management | Provide support for admins, managers, and reps who have questions about their statements. See Ticket Management for Statements in Salesforce Spiff. |
| Upload Logo | Replace the default Spiff logo with a custom logo. |
