If your team connects Spiff to Salesforce and you have some reps who don't use Salesforce but still receive commission, give these users the Chatter Free license in Salesforce.
If your team includes users outside your company's email domain, give these users the Chatter External license in Salesforce.
After you add these users in Salesforce, they're available from the Users page From the Admin menu in Spiff. You can add them to teams, plans, and quotas just like other users.
