          Important
Important Before you begin, complete the general Spiff Commission Estimator setup steps. See Set Up the Salesforce Spiff Commission Estimator.
          1. Show Salesforce Spiff Commission Data Related List in the Opportunity Details Page
By default, the Salesforce Spiff Commission Estimator returns all opportunities except Closed Won Closed Lost opportunities. Customize the estimator to filter opportunities by other status values.
          2. Create a Report for Opportunity Commissions
If you have the Salesforce Spiff Commission Admin permission set, create a Salesforce report based on the opportunities with commission data. To help you get started, the Spiff Commission Estimator provides a default custom report type, Opportunities with Spiff Estimated Commission Data.
          3. Create a Custom Report Type for Opportunity Commissions
If the default custom report type, Opportunities with Spiff Estimated Commission Data, that the Salesforce Spiff Commission Estimator provides doesn't suit your needs, create your own custom report type for commission reporting. Use Opportunity as the primary object and the Spiff Commission Data custom object as the secondary object.
