          Troubleshoot Errors in Imported Data in Salesforce Spiff

          If errors occur when you import data in Salesforce Spiff, download and review the error logs from the Import History tab in the Data Sources page.

          Required Editions

          Available in: both Salesforce Classic (not available in all orgs) and Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
          Available for an additional cost in: Professional Edition with Web Services API Enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To navigate imported records:

          A Spiff user role with this permission turned on.

          Data Sources: View

          1. Find your data import results.
            • Go to the Data Imports section of the Data Sources page and click the Imported Tables header.
            • Click View Results after your data imports successfully.
          2. Click Import History.
          3. For an import with errors, hover over the file, click the three dots next to the status, and select Download Errors.
          4. In the downloaded errors file, review the error message column for information about the issue to fix.
