The default notification settings depend on the user's role when their first notification is sent. For example, when a user is a rep, they have default notification settings for their role as rep. If their role changes, their default notification settings don't change.

Emails include a link to the notification source in Spiff and come from the sender no-reply@spiff.com. To prevent these email notifications from being marked as spam, add this email address to your allow list.
To find all in-app notifications in the Notification Center, click the bell icon.
In the Notification Center, most recent notifications appear at the top. Filter notifications by type or date. Click the notification details for a link to the comment, statement, or ticket to review.
Notifications in Slack include a link to view the notification source in Spiff.
