You can use the same payout rule in multiple plans in Salesforce Spiff Designer.

          • Changing the calculation selected in the payout amount field on one plan changes the payout amount field for all plans.
          • Changing the formula selected in the payout amount field on one plan, such as logic and range tables, changes the payout amount field for all plans.
          • To change a payout rule in one plan but not other plans, create a payout rule.
          • Deleting a payout rule deletes it from all associated plans.
          • To delete a payout rule from one plan but not other plans, remove the payout rule.
          • If the option to remove a payout rule from a plan is unavailable, the payout rule isn’t used anywhere else and you can delete it safely.
          • You can create a payout rule for a plan by using a preexisting payout amount field. Highlight the field to use as a payout amount, and use the Payout Rule menu in the right panel to add the rule.
