          Quotas: Edit

This topic describes adding quotas directly to the quotas table. You can also assign a specific user to a quota in the user’s profile. For large-scale changes, use the upload functionality to add new team assignments, or update existing team assignments. See Bulk-Uploading Users, Plan and Team Assignments, Currency Rates, and Quotas for more information about mass data management.

          1. In Quotas, select the quota to which you want to add values.
          2. In the quota table, click Edit.
          3. Add values to the quota table with one of these methods.
            • Enter values in the table using Drag and Drop. This function performs similarly to Excel. After you’ve entered an amount into a cell, you can click the corner and drag it horizontally or vertically to copy across cells quickly.
            • Copy and Paste from a Spreadsheet. Click the download icon to export the quota table. The download preserves the order of users on the table and any entries that have been made. You can then update the table in Excel and copy and paste from the spreadsheet back into the table.
          4. Save the changes.
