Refresh Webhook Tokens in Salesforce Spiff

Refresh Webhook Tokens in Salesforce Spiff

If you didn’t make note of the connector ID and secret for a webhook that you created in Salesforce Spiff, those credentials are permanently lost when you close the new webhook window. These credentials are required when you set up a Spiff connection in Workato. You can’t restore these credentials, but you can generate different values.

          Required Editions

Available in: both Salesforce Classic (not available in all orgs) and Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
Available for an additional cost in: Professional Edition with Web Services API Enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To refresh a webhook token:

A Spiff user role with this permission turned on.

          Connectors: Edit

          1. From the Admin menu, select Connectors.
          2. Click the three dots on the webhook card and select Refresh Webhook Token.

This action immediately revokes your previous webhook connector ID and secret and generates other credentials.
