You can create your own line or bar graph for any calculation you want to explain visually in Salesforce Spiff. For example, create a visual report in the Leaderboard format for a worksheet calculation that's shown as a metric card on a rep statement.

Services API Enabled
This example uses the YTD Attainment calculated field from the statement, but you can choose any statement calculation or line-by-line calculation from any payout rule.
On the Reporting tab, go to Custom Reports and select Create Report.
Enter a name and optional description.
Select the Bar Chart option and click Create Report.
In the left panel, select the period, plan, and teams that you want to include.
From the dropdown menu under Calculated Field, select YTD Attainment.
Change the Calculated Field to Average, and then click Run & Save.
