            Review Submitted Change Sets in Salesforce Spiff

            Review submitted changes to the parent environment and test, reject, or approve the change set for deployment.

            Required Editions

            Available in: both Salesforce Classic (not available in all orgs) and Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            Available for an additional cost in: Professional Edition with Web Services API Enabled
            User Permissions Needed

            To review change sets in Salesforce Spiff:

            A Spiff user role with these permissions turned on.

            • Change Sets: View
            • Change Sets: Approve
            1. In the parent environment, go to Admin and select Settings.
            2. Under Environments, select Inbound Change Sets.
            3. In the Name column, click the change set to review the list of changes.
            4. To review field-level changes, click an arrow in the first column.
            5. To test the changes, click Validate.
              After validating, you can reject or approve the changes.
            6. To reject the submitted changes, click Reject Changes.
              You can reject change sets defined with any non-deployed status.
            7. To approve the submitted changes, click Approve Changes.
              The change set is now ready to deploy. You can’t reject a change set after you’ve approved it.
