Add Tooltip Descriptions to Statement Metrics and Payout Rules
Help sales reps and managers better understand the information they see in Salesforce Spiff statements, and help Spiff admins deflect and resolve cases more efficiently. Add tooltip descriptions that explain metric tiles, key metrics and data, or obligations table columns. Edit the default, visible descriptions of certain payout rules.

Services API Enabled
Click the three dots menu in one of these locations and select Add Tooltip Description.

Obligations table column header
Enter a description, optional link text, and optional link URL, then save your changes.
URLs must be secure and include the http:// or https:// protocol.
To edit a payout rule description, scroll to the rule and click the pencil icon next to the rule name.
Save your changes and refresh the statement.
Tooltips are visible when you hover over the part of the statement where you added it. Payout rule descriptions appear in a tooltip next to the rule name.
