With the availability of the current quota attainment and the desired quota
within your rule, incorporating a quota trend is a straightforward process that uses
an if function.
In this example, use the QuarterlyARR as the quota currently achieved and the
QuarterOfAnnualQuota as the total quota. If the quota currently achieved is greater
than the total quota, the statement shows that you’re trending above quota.
Otherwise, it indicates that you’re trending below quota.
To create a metric card that indicates whether a rep is trending above or below quota, create a summary calculation that uses an if function.
Make sure that the emoji and messages are displayed as intended and enclose them in quotation marks within the formula. You can customize the emoji and language according to your preferences.
Add the calculation as a metric card in the statement.
The card automatically generates the appropriate message based on whether the representative is trending above or below their quota for the specified period. The emoji message provides a clear indication of the representative's performance in relation to their quota and facilitates easy tracking of their progress.
