A rep's statement lists the total commission amount for the period, which is the result of adding the commission totals of each payout rule. The number also includes any manual adjustments or manual draws. The statement shows when it was most recently calculated, so reps and admins can see how up-to-date the information is. Admins can recalculate an individual statement manually or kick off a global resync to recalculate all unfrozen statements if the Last Calculated timestamp is not as recent as expected.
The Commission Trend metric shows a rolling total for the most recent 12-month commission amount. This value isn't a year-to-date or fiscal year-to-date total. This metric is useful if your company uses monthly statement periods, but it can’t be customized for other statement period cadences. If your statement periods aren’t a standard monthly cadence, we recommend removing this metric to avoid confusion with reps
The Commission Breakdown metric helps reps and admins visualize each payout rule's percentage, with respect to the total commission amount for the period. Hovering over any section shows a link to the corresponding rule in the statement's Payout Rules section. This metric is most useful for plans that have more than one payout rule.
