Overwrite a Rep’s Statement
Sometimes you must overwrite a statement-level or general calculation that’s shown a specific rep statement.
Required Editions

| To overwrite statement data: | A Spiff user role with these permissions turned on.

- Navigate to the rep's statement and find the payout rule with the calculation you want to overwrite.
- Open the payout rule details and select a record, which opens the Obligation Details page.
- Hover over the field you want to overwrite and click the pencil icon.

Enter your changes and click out of the field.
When you overwrite a currency value, enter the numeric value without the currency code.

To recalculate with the new value, confirm your overwrite.
Your overwrite appears highlighted in yellow.
To view the changes or reverse the overwrite, hover over the highlighted value.
After you commit the ovewrite, you can leave a comment by clicking the speech bubble that’s shown when hovering over the field.
