Overwrites made inside Salesforce Spiff do not write back to your CRM.
The overwrite entry appears in the Overwrite field, with an indicator (1).
If you upload or sync a value after you add an overwrite, the overwrite supersedes the new value. The value on the underlying record is updated behind the scenes, but for calculations the value is ignored in favor of the overwrite value. To resume using the true field value in calculations, clear the overwrite.
