As your reps use the integration with Teams, entries about their login attempts and OAuth
sessions are made in Salesforce. User mappings are created so users stay logged in to
Salesforce from within Teams. Use the Salesforce pages described in this section to view who
has accessed the integration and to manage their access.

View Who Accessed the Integration with Teams Each time a user logs in to Salesforce from Microsoft Teams, their login attempt is added to the Login History page in Salesforce setup. Use the login history to monitor all login attempts from Teams to Salesforce.
Manage User Access to the Integration with Teams The first time a user logs in to Salesforce from Teams, they’re prompted to accept access levels that the integration requests. These levels are required to send data securely between Salesforce and Teams. Accepting the levels creates a user mapping that you can manage in the Connected Apps Oauth Usage page in Salesforce setup.
