import account attributes from your company when you create datasets or add market data from a
third party to any alignments in Territory Planning.

Add Area Attributes to Alignments Refine attribute data for areas when you import a .csv file into Territory Planning. For example, update area names, centers, owners, and assignments. Update multiple balance targets and geographic profiles at one time to optimize territory and rep assignments for in-person and remote customer visits.
Add Boundary Attributes to Alignments Alter an alignment’s territory boundary when you import a .csv file into Territory Planning. Update boundary assignments and even the units within them. For example, update or create ZIP code assignments to include a new area when you expand a territory.
Add Unit Attributes to Alignments Update unit attributes in alignments when you import a CSV file into Territory Planning. For example, assign accounts to a new territory as part of routine territory optimization or to adjust for compelling events.
Add Unit Attributes to Alignments Created from Segments Enhance the information in live alignments that are managed in CRM Analytics and created using segment data sources in Territory Planning. Set up attribute fields in a CRM Analytics connection and recipe, then include those attributes in your alignment.
Add Unit Attributes to Copied Datasets Enrich or replace a dataset’s unit attribute data when you import a .csv file into Territory Planning. Overwrite attribute data, such as annual revenue, so that you have the latest numbers when you adjust alignments.
