Uninstall the Salesforce App from Your Zoom Account
If you no longer use the Zoom features in Salesforce, in addition to disconnecting your
Zoom account in Salesforce, uninstall the Salesforce app from your account in Zoom. You’re asked
if you want to keep your Zoom data in Salesforce.

when Einstein Activity Capture is enabled
Available with Einstein Conversation Insights, which is available in
Starter, Pro, Enterprise, Performance,
Unlimited, and Agentforce 1 Sales Editions.
Available with Inbox in Sales Cloud, which is included in Performance and
Unlimited Editions and available for an extra cost in Professional and
Enterprise Editions. Inbox is also available for an extra cost in Service Cloud and
Lightning Platform.
Available with Sales Engagement in Sales Cloud, which is included in Performance
and Unlimited Editions and available for an extra cost in Professional and
Enterprise Editions. Sales Engagement is also available for an extra cost in Service
Cloud and Lightning Platform.
Available with Sales Cloud Einstein, which is available in: Performance and
Unlimited Editions, and available for an extra cost in Enterprise
Edition
Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Click Manage, then click Installed
Apps.
Search for the Salesforce app and select it.
Click Uninstall.
Decide if you want to keep any Zoom data in Salesforce.
Warning If you choose not to keep Zoom data in Salesforce, the meeting recordings and
information for all your Salesforce Zoom accounts—active and inactive—are
deleted. This access can’t be restored.
Note When you disconnect an account, it doesn’t appear as disconnected until you log out of
Salesforce and then log in again.
