          Add New Custom Media

          Assign media file from your repository to each custom media label. You can use the one you uploaded. Update or replace the assigned media at any time.

          Required Editions

          This article applies to:

          Salesforce Voice (Native Telephony)

          View supported editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To add custom media label:

          Agentforce Contact Center Admin (Salesforce Voice) permission set.

          Learn how to view permissions in this permission set.

          1. From Setup, enter Voice in the Quick Find box, and select Media Management.
          2. In the Media Labels tab, click New Media Label in the Custom Media Labels section.
          3. In the Media Label field, enter a unique name that describes how the audio is used.
          4. In the Media File field, select a media file from the dropdown.
          5. Save the changes.
            Your custom media label now appears alongside system-defined labels and can be selected in flows.
