            Manage Data Categories on Your LWR Site

            After your data categories are activated on your LWR site, you can customize how they appear to site visitors.

            Required Editions

            Available in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience. View supported editions.

            You can’t create data categories in your LWR site, but you can edit data categories to alter the way information is presented to your site users. Only data categories that are exposed to your LWR site are shown on data category pages.

            1. From your LWR site in Experience Builder, open Workspaces and click Data Categories.
            2. Click Category Management.
              The list of data categories that you activated for this site appears.
            3. To manage your data categories, click Edit Icon.
            4. Enter a label and description for the data categories on your site. The way you define the Label on Site field determines how the data category appears to your LWR site visitors.
            5. Save your work.
