Where Can I View Milestones?
Your settings and configurations for entitlements and milestones determine where you and your support reps can view milestones.

Here’s where milestones can appear .

In the Salesforce mobile app, support reps can view case milestone updates in the case feed, open the case milestones record page, and view the Case Milestones related list. Support reps can’t view the milestone tracker.
