            Alumni Services with Alumni Portal

            As an alumnus, use the Alumni Portal site to read knowledge articles for solutions to common problems, quickly navigate to important and frequently used resources and pages, submit service requests through Service Catalog, and network with alumni. For further support, create cases or contact a service representative through the email, voice, or messaging channels. You can also manage your profile information.

            The features of Alumni Portal are packaged within several pages that are made up of components. The key pages available in Alumni Portal are:

              After logging in, the Home page of Alumni Portal provides an overview of the website and easy access to the key pages of the website.
            • Manage Your Profile Details
              In Alumni Portal, view and update your profile details on the My Profile page. You can also control whether your profile is visible to other alumni.
