          Enable your alumni to submit cases through emails. Email-to-case automatically creates cases from emails. Alumni can seek support without logging in to the Alumni Portal site.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions.

          To set up Email-to-Case, perform these tasks:

          • Turn on Email-to-Case.
          • Configure Email-to-Case.
          • Add routing addresses.
