          Provision Alumni with Required Profiles and Auto-Create User Records

          Bulk provision alumni by assigning them the required profiles and permissions. Automatically create user records for new alumni entries in Salesforce.

          Required Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To perform provisioning and auto-create users in Salesforce:

          Salesforce Administrator and Customer Community Plus Login User profiles along with the Employee Management user permission.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Alumni User Settings, and then select Alumni User Settings.
          2. Provide values for Profile, Email Encoding, Domain Name, and Permission Set or Permission Set Group.
            Select Alumni Community User in the Profile field, and select Alumni Portal Community User in the Permission Set or Permission Set Group field. Both Profile and Email Encoding are required fields.
          3. Go to the Alumni Users Creation section, and turn on Alumni Users Auto-Creation to automatically create users for new alumni entries in Salesforce.
