The Alumni Portal template provides out-of-the-box self-service features that enable your alumni to quickly and efficiently network and seek help with service tickets and cases.
Create your Alumni Portal site by using a wizard that helps you choose the Alumni Portal template. See Create an Experience Cloud Site.
