          Configure the Employee Details Component

          On the Employee Portal site, configure the Employee Details component on the My Profile page to show employee information. You can add more fields from the User, PersonAccount, and Employee2 objects.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To access the Employee Details component: Employee Hub for Community Users

          To show these fields on the Employee Details component to employees, set field-level security of the fields to Visible:

          • Alternate Email
          • Status End Date
          • Employee Type
          • Employment Type
          • Internal Organization Unit

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter All Sites, and then select All Sites.
          2. Next to the name of your Employee Portal site, click Builder.
          3. On the Home page, expand User in the builder page menu.
          4. Click My Profile.
          5. In the builder canvas, click Employee Details.
          6. To add more fields from the User, PersonAccount, and Employee2 objects, in the Employee Details window, click Select.
          7. To show a circular photo of the employee on the My Profile page, select Show circular photo.
            Note
            Note After you change to a circular photo, your employees sometimes have to reupload the photo.
