            Create a Flow by Using the Identify Manager Template

            Create a custom identify manager flow to meet your business requirements.

            Required Editions

            View supported editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To open, edit, or create a flow in Flow Builder: Manage Flow
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            2. Click New Flow.
            3. In the New Flow window, select Use a Template.
            4. Select the Identify Manager flow, and then click Create.
            5. Modify the flow to meet your business requirements, and save your changes.
            6. Enter the flow label and API name, and save the flow.
            7. Activate the flow.
