            Create an Orchestration by Using the Approve Case Request Template

            Create a custom approve case request orchestration to meet your business requirements.

            Required Editions

            View supported editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To open, edit, or create a flow in Flow Builder: Manage Flow
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            2. Click New Flow.
            3. In the New Flow window, select Use a Template.
            4. Select the Approve Case Request orchestration, and then click Create.
            5. Modify the orchestration to meet your business requirements, and save your changes.
              If you add a decision element before an approval step, the approval step must have the same conditions as the decision element.
            6. Enter the orchestration label and API name, and save the orchestration.
            7. Activate the orchestration.
