          Ensure employee success with Employee Enablement Program. Create programs targeted at various employee life events, such as onboarding and promotions. Employees can complete their assigned or self-enrolled enablement programs in Employee Portal. Before your employees can start creating and completing employee enablement programs, you must complete some setup steps. Review Employee Enablement Program roles, and assign appropriate permissions for building and completing programs.
