Unified Employee License (UEL) is Salesforce’s standard license for employee use cases, simplifying employee access while enabling wall-to-wall coverage across the organization. By replacing fragmented employee licenses with a single, right-sized model, UEL streamlines administration, supports seamless employee onboarding, and unlocks modern platform capabilities. UEL offers manager provisioning, along with support for Agentforce actions, employee provisioning, Unified Catalog items, and employee enablements to help employees and managers work efficiently at scale.
          • Set Up HR Service with Salesforce Go

          • HR Service Integration with External Systems
Through MuleSoft Direct, HR Service integrates with external systems, such as human capital management systems, to read data and to create or update employee records. The integration eliminates manual record creation, improves the quality of data, and ensures the efficient delivery of HR services.
          • Employee Data Import in CSV Format

          • Manage Requests and Tickets with the Employee Service Slack App
Employees can report issues and track tickets within the Employee Service Slack app. Employees can easily ask for and track service requests and incidents. They can also stay up-to-date with real-time notifications every time their case changes.
