          Enable Profile Management for Employees

          To help employees update their profile details, such as name and contact information directly from Employee Portal by using the Agentforce or service process, enable the Employee Profile Update integration app in the org. The changes automatically syncs with Workday.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To enable integration with Workday:

          Salesforce Administrator profile with SvcCloudEmpHubHrAddOn license

          AND

          MuleSoft Administrator profile

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Integrations, and then select Integrations.
          2. Expand MuleSoft, and then select MuleSoft Direct.
          3. On the Integrations Setup page, in the Available Assets section, enable Employee Profile Update.
